Our client, a leader in its industry, is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator for its operation in Lenga (Hualpén). Your Responsibilities You will coordinate fleet maintenance execution within your area of responsibility, ensuring compliance with preventive, corrective, and unplanned maintenance plans, safeguarding operational continuity, safety, and efficient resource utilization. Main Responsibilities Coordinate implementation of preventive, corrective, and contingency maintenance plans. Manage internal resources and contractors to ensure proper execution of work. Maintain constant coordination with production and distribution departments to identify operational needs. Monitor and control departmental costs, ensuring budget compliance. Lead and develop the work team (supervisors and technical staff). Participate in incident investigations, promoting continuous improvement and organizational learning. Collaborate in reviewing and improving maintenance plans together with reliability departments. Ensure correct use of SAP for maintenance management. Meet defined management indicators for the department. Promote safety standards, order, cleanliness (5S), and sound operational practices.
