Your Impact and Challenges As a Service Executive Trainee, your mission will be to deliver comprehensive, close, and excellent service. Your role includes: Managing client inquiries and procedures. Maintaining a proactive relationship with clients, reinforcing a timely and engaged service identity. Supporting commercial objectives. Ensuring frictionless, efficient, and regulation-compliant administrative management. What Are We Looking For? Technical or higher education. At least 2 years of in-person customer service experience (financial sector preferred). Proficiency with technological tools (Excel, Zoom, Teams). Experience in administrative tasks.
