Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Officer to coordinate the implementation of the Quality Management System on retail-sector construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for coordinating the Quality Management System on construction sites. 2. Documentation control and monitoring of quality protocols. 3. Orientation toward order, quality, and continuous improvement. **Job Description** ---------------------- We are seeking a Quality Officer to join our construction projects, responsible for coordinating the implementation of the company’s Quality Management System on a major retail-sector construction project. Key responsibilities include: * Coordinate and supervise the implementation of the project’s Quality Plan. * Control documentation associated with the Quality Management System. * Manage the Quality platform and monitor compliance with quality protocols. * Coordinate internal audits and quality-related training. * Prepare management reports and track area performance indicators. Requirements: * Civil Engineer, Construction Engineer, Construction Manager, or Professional Technician in Construction. * Minimum 2 years of experience in construction projects, working in the Quality area. * Intermediate-level Office software proficiency. * Occupational Health and Safety training courses. * Knowledge of risk matrices and preventive/corrective actions in OHS.
