Main responsibilities: \- Weekly inspection of company premises to identify hazards related to electrical, plumbing, and structural systems, reporting findings to direct supervisor. \- Quantify and estimate required materials and labor hours for maintenance and/or repair tasks. \- Perform minor repairs to physical infrastructure, both indoors and outdoors. \- Carry out exterior landscaping and cleaning as required. \- Maintain the garden, including but not limited to watering, cleaning, mowing lawns, and pruning trees. \- Inspect and maintain the electrical system, including outlets and equipment cables.
