Mission: Ensure the efficient, continuous, and high-quality management of the clinic's general services through comprehensive administration of contracts and associated resources, guaranteeing their proper execution according to current regulations and standards, thereby contributing to operational continuity, resource optimization, and internal and external customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities: · Supervise and coordinate general services operations to ensure continuity and quality in execution. · Supervise and coordinate internal personnel and external service providers (cleaning, security, CCTV, laundry, wardrobe, parking, among others) to ensure proper service delivery and operational continuity. · Supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and equipment related to general services to minimize disruptions and maintain optimal operating conditions. · Manage contracts and supplier relationships to ensure regulatory compliance and service quality. Requirements: · Academic background: Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Operations, or related fields. · Experience: Minimum of 3 years in similar roles (ideally in healthcare institutions, private clinics, hospitals, or organizations with high operational demands). · Technical knowledge and skills: \- Contract and supplier management. \- Budget administration and expense control. \- Operational indicators and management control tools. \- Experience in public or private bidding processes is desirable. 44-hour workweek.
