Preparation of payment statements and billing management A water industry company is looking for a Contract Administrator to provide commercial administrative support to the Transport segment sales team for the administration of awarded supply and service contracts. The candidate must act as the client's counterpart, prepare payment statements, request client approvals (conformities), and handle sales and service billing. Responsibilities Administer Transport segment contracts Actively track documentation, purchase orders (POs), client approvals (conformities), and shipments. Support the preparation of transactional commercial proposals (spare parts) Prepare payment statements Education and Experience: Graduate of a technical or professional program in Business Administration, Commercial Assistant, or related field. Ideal: 2–3 years of experience in similar roles. Desirable: Intermediate English proficiency. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Working Conditions: Work Mode: Hybrid. Office location: Concepción. On-site attendance: 2–3 days per week at the office, depending on operational requirements; remaining workdays conducted remotely.
