




At CGS Contact Center, we are seeking to hire Customer Service and Social Media Executives for our customer service team supporting a major international supermarket chain in Santiago Centro. **SCHEDULE:** We work 30 hours per week on rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 22:00. With one day off per week + two Sundays off per month (6x1 and 5x2). Shifts are announced two weeks in advance. **COMPENSATION:** Base salary + statutory bonus calculated on 25% of taxable income. Estimated net salary: $360,000. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 6 months’ experience in customer service (in-person or telephone); * Excellent PC and internet skills, and enthusiasm for technology (we use various software programs and applications); * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Foreign nationals must hold valid permanent residency. **TRAINING:** Availability to attend in-person training in Santiago Centro (duration: 9 business days, Monday to Friday, 09:00–19:00; daily stipend: $3,000). **FUNCTIONS:** Customer service-related duties, including making and/or receiving telephone calls, as well as handling customer inquiries via any other contact channel—including social media platforms (chats, email, Facebook, Twitter, other social networks, etc.)—and performing administrative and back-office tasks supporting the above activities. **WORK LOCATION:** CGS Contact Center facilities, located on San Diego Street, two blocks from the Universidad de Chile metro station, Santiago Centro. **WE OFFER:** * Online training and ongoing coaching; * Formal employment contract and job stability; * Benefits agreements and compensation fund membership.
