Job Summary: Pharmacy assistant responsible for service, sales, and customer support, complying with internal and external regulations, including cashier duties and product restocking. Collaboration with the Pharmacist-Chemist on consultations Pharmacy seeks a Pharmacy Assistant to work in Concepción **Conditions** **1\. Compensation structure**: Base salary of $553,000 + sales commissions. During the first 2 months, you will receive an approximate net income of $785,000 (including base salary + guaranteed commission prorated by days worked). Starting from the 3rd month, compensation will consist of a base salary of $553,000 plus variable commissions based on sales target achievement. **2\. Work schedule:** Rotating shifts: 6 days on / 1 day off and/or 5 days on / 2 days off. 3\. **Work location:** Concepción **4\. Job objective:** To perform service, sales, and customer support functions for the company’s pharmaceuticals, mass-consumption products, and private-label brands, complying with applicable internal policies and external regulations governing pharmacy assistant roles. **5\. Responsibilities:** * Refer all pharmacological inquiries to the on-duty Pharmacist-Chemist, as well as requests for product returns or exchanges. * Perform cashier duties, including payment receipt, collection, safekeeping, and handover to direct supervisor. * Provide customer information, promotion, and guidance regarding beauty, personal care, and natural products. * Report expired products under your responsibility and ensure timely restocking; conduct effective and timely inspections and controls to prevent expired products from remaining in stock. * Other duties inherent to the position. **6\. Requirements:** * Hold a Higher Technical Degree in Pharmacy or a Higher Technical Degree in Chemistry and Pharmacy. * Valid Pharmacy Assistant License (MANDATORY). * Prior pharmacy experience is desirable. * Availability to work rotating shifts (6x1 and/or 5x2), including rotating schedules from Monday to Sunday. 7\. Contract type: Temporary Services Contract.
