RYD Montajes, a leading company in civil works execution, structural assembly, and industrial systems maintenance, is seeking a committed and qualified **Civil Structural Supervisor** to join the Mantos Blancos site project in Antofagasta (ideally certified for site work). **Main responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate civil works and structural assembly activities on site. * Plan, assign, and monitor tasks performed by assigned personnel, ensuring adherence to deadlines, productivity, and quality standards. * Verify that all work is carried out in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, construction procedures, and applicable regulations. * Ensure compliance with the company’s and client’s established safety, occupational health, and environmental standards. **Requirements:** * Residence in Antofagasta (mandatory). * Technical or professional qualification in Civil Construction, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Civil and/or Structural Supervisor in mining or industrial projects. **Join our team!**
