Implement improvements in production and operational processes **Job Objective** Plan, coordinate, and supervise mining operations at the site, ensuring compliance with production plans, safety, quality, cost, and environmental standards, guaranteeing operational continuity and leadership of work teams. **Main Responsibilities** * Direct and supervise operational activities in the field (extraction, loading, transportation, processing). * Monitor compliance with production schedules, cost targets, and efficient resource utilization. * Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. * Lead, coordinate, and evaluate personnel under direct supervision, fostering a positive work environment. * Implement improvements in production and operational processes. * Prepare management reports and propose corrective actions. * Coordinate with maintenance, geology, and plant departments to ensure operational continuity. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering Technology, or Metallurgical Engineering. * Minimum 5 years of experience in mining operations, including at least 2 years in supervisory or managerial roles. * Class B driver's license with at least 4 years of validity. * Knowledge of mining planning and extraction processes. * Proficiency in management indicators and operational control. * Familiarity with mining safety and environmental regulations. * Leadership and team management skills. * Effective communication and collaborative teamwork. Conditions: * Shift-based work schedule (14 days on / 14 days off) in the Tarapacá Region. * Project duration projected for 2 years. * Transportation and accommodation provided by the company. * Quarterly bonuses, among others.
