WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FIELD PRODUCTION OPERATOR WITH EXPERIENCE IN PRODUCTION PLANTS. We are seeking professionals with experience in field operations within the Operations area who wish to develop and grow within the organization. **Functions:** \- Monitor process parameters (temperature, samples, pressure, level, times, etc.). \- Operate / produce in the various processes under their responsibility safely and efficiently according to procedures. \- Follow associated procedures and instructions. \- Perform initial intervention *prior to* maintenance on equipment under their responsibility. \- Conduct visual inspections and basic quality tests during the process (samples). \- Report any deviations or anomalies in the process to the immediate supervisor. \- Adhere to defined quantities of raw materials for each process. \- Record production data in the corresponding systems or forms. \- Collaborate and interact with other departments such as quality, maintenance, logistics, etc. \- Verify availability of required raw materials and supplies for operation. \- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and environmental regulations. **Requirements:** \- Technical-professional education in electricity, electronics, or mechanics. \- Minimum 4 years of work experience. \- Class D driver's license. \- Office skills (Word, Excel). \- Experience in Maintenance, Instrumentation, Pre-commissioning, mechanics, or electricity. \- Proven experience in production plants. **Working Conditions:** Work schedule consists of weekly rotating shifts (6x1): 1 week Morning shift: From 08:30 am to 4:00 pm 1 week Afternoon shift: From 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm Direct and indefinite contract with the company from day one. **Benefits:** Compensation fund, supplementary health, dental and life insurance, holiday bonuses (Independence Day and Christmas), among others. **Job Stability:** Direct employment contract, stable positions with growth potential. **Work Location:** Talcahuano.
