The mission of this position is to support various branches during the absence of their designated account executives. This support must safeguard service quality, business generation, and risk control, while delivering comprehensive advisory services to our customers. You will execute commercial activities focused on selling retail banking products and services, advising customers on the use of digital and self-service channels, with the aim of contributing to a memorable service experience and enabling swift resolution of customer needs—thereby achieving both business unit and personal commercial results. To succeed in this position, you need: * A technical or professional degree related to the commercial area. * Experience performing duties associated with this role and/or in the commercial area. * Experience selling intangible products. * Experience managing customer portfolios.
