We supply heavy machinery, heavy-duty spare parts, and critical logistics solutions to power essential operations across the region. We seek a **Warehouse & Logistics Manager** to assume full responsibility for our supply chain and warehousing operations in Concepción. You will not only manage inventory—you will drive operational efficiency and guarantee smooth distribution. You will lead our warehouse and logistics team, bridging the gap between high-volume inventory management and reliable customer delivery. Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and operational protocols. * **Logistics & Fleet Coordination:** Coordinate local and regional freight carriers, optimizing transport routes and shipping schedules to maximize cost efficiency. * **Process Optimization:** Identify bottlenecks in receiving and dispatch processes and implement solutions to elevate overall team performance. **What We’re Looking For:** * **Experience:** 3+ years in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain management—preferably in industrial, automotive, or heavy machinery sectors. * **Leadership Track Record:** Demonstrated experience leading and motivating operational teams in a dynamic warehouse environment. * **Technical Competencies:** Strong proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Softland), and advanced Excel for inventory tracking. * **Language & Location:** Native or bilingual Spanish fluency is essential for daily operations; residence in Concepción or its surrounding areas is mandatory. * **Mindset:** Pragmatic, proactive, and resilient. Ability to resolve operational challenges on the spot while consistently prioritizing safety and organization.
