Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Engineer to optimize and continuously improve production processes, driving efficiency, quality, and safety within an industrial chemical company. Integration into an industrial chemical company **EST San Cristóbal**, on behalf of its prestigious client in the industrial chemical sector headquartered at Escuadrón Industrial Park in Coronel, is seeking a **Process Engineer** to join its production operations for a 6-month project. The main challenge of this role will be to contribute to the optimization and continuous improvement of production processes, **driving initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency**, quality, and plant safety. **Key Responsibilities Include:** * Analyzing production processes and identifying opportunities for operational improvement. * Participating in the implementation of initiatives aimed at optimizing performance, quality, and efficiency. * Monitoring process indicators and performance to detect deviations and propose corrective actions. * Supporting operational testing and analysis of results related to process improvements. * Preparing technical reports and data analyses to support decision-making. * Coordinating improvement actions with production, maintenance, quality, and other technical departments. * Participating in innovation and continuous improvement projects within the plant. * Contributing to compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. * Supporting the development of operational monitoring and control tools. **Ideal Profile:** * Degree in Chemical Engineering. (Mandatory) * Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial processes. * Experience in continuous improvement and optimization of production processes. * Knowledge of data analysis and interpretation of key performance indicators. * Proficiency in technological tools and analytical software. * Advanced English proficiency preferred **Terms & Conditions:** * 6-month contract under a Temporary Services model * On-site meals provided An opportunity to join an industrial chemical company and participate in projects focused on continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence
