We are currently seeking a **Picker/Dispatcher Operator** for our branch located in **Talcahuano**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform operational activities related to preparation, loading, dispatching and receiving of cylinders and equipment at the Talcahuano HUB. * Ensure proper distribution of gases and HG to customers and distribution centers, guaranteeing inventory traceability. * Prepare and pick loads according to scheduled trips, complying with gas compatibility and safe stowage regulations. * Support truck loading and unloading operations, including cylinders, cryogenic carriers, dewars and bundles. * Operate forklifts and conduct daily inspections to ensure proper functioning. * Participate in site safety activities, reporting deviations and promoting the use of PPE. * Maintain operational yard order and comply with Air Products’ quality, safety and management standards. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (4th year of secondary school) or technical training. * Class D driver’s license (mandatory). * Minimum 1 year of experience operating forklifts (mandatory). * Basic knowledge of SAP and Excel (desirable). * Communication skills, adaptability and teamwork abilities. * Availability to work on-site: **Monday to Friday:** 08:30 to 17:00 h.
