Your main objective will be to safely and efficiently handle the movement, storage, and distribution of heavy materials within the yards, ensuring compliance with established operational and safety procedures, in order to optimize material flow and contribute to smooth operations. Main responsibilities include: * Operate the forklift and mini loader safely and expertly, complying with company safety regulations and operational procedures. * Perform detailed pre-operational inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning and prevent potential hazards. * Efficiently transport heavy materials within required timeframes, optimizing loading and unloading processes to maintain consistent workflow. * Ensure materials are in optimal condition, properly organize them in storage areas, and carry out internal deliveries as well as customer shipments. * Strategically manage storage space to guarantee safe and efficient use, supporting company operations and logistics. * Coordinate with the sales team to schedule material movements according to operational needs and customer requests. * Carry out periodic preventive maintenance on the forklift and mini loader to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan. * Report any malfunctions or repair needs promptly to maintain operational continuity. Ideal Profile: * Education: Completed secondary education. * Required license: Class D driver's license. * Experience: At least 1 year as a forklift operator in the hardware sector.
