




Job Summary: We are seeking a Cylinder Operator-Inspector to carry out receiving, classification, production, and packaging processes, performing cylinder inspection and maintenance. We are currently seeking a Cylinder Operator-Inspector for our branch located in Talcahuano, Chile. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute the receiving, classification, and production/packaging process for high-pressure cylinders, bundles, cryo-carriers, and cryogenic dewars, following production instructions and procedures. * Perform cylinder inspection and maintenance: valve replacement, service change, and hydrostatic testing. * Issue safe work permits and comply with established safety standards. * Properly use the cylinder tracking system (PACT), ensuring accurate entry of production data and appropriate labeling. * Conduct equipment and facility inspections, applying autonomous maintenance (PM02 and PM11). * Comply with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, BPM, and BPA standards. * Conduct RT inventories (empty cylinders) as scheduled. * Support customer service and forklift operations (loading and unloading trucks). **Requirements:** * Technical secondary or higher education in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in production and industrial processes, inventory management, planning, and quality standards. * Class D driver’s license (mandatory). * Proficiency in technological tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP (desirable). * Availability to work rotating shifts: Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:30 h / 10:30–19:00 h.
