We are seeking a Field Professional with experience in rough construction who resides in the region or is willing to work in Concepción. The selected candidate will be responsible for: * Managing, leading, and supervising rough construction execution. * Planning and coordinating finishing stages together with field teams. * Ensuring all work complies with the company’s quality and safety standards. * Identifying and preventing potential post-sales issues through proactive supervision. Requirements: * Professional degree in Civil Construction or related field. * Demonstrable experience in rough construction and finishing planning. * Residence in Concepción or willingness to relocate to the area.
