At LL Consulting, we are currently seeking a Management Control and Power BI Officer for our client in the Forestry sector. Your main objective will be to lead the design, consolidation, and visualization of management indicators (KPIs), providing strategic value through data analysis, digital transformation, and continuous process improvement. Active participation in automation projects, operational efficiency, and scenario simulation is expected. **Your main responsibilities include:** * Design, consolidate, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) across all company areas. * Create dynamic dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring their proper operation and automatic updates. * Actively participate in process automation, modeling, and operational simulations (VORNE, planning, logistics). * Manage unproductive time control, annual budgeting, and forecasts for production, costs, and demand. * Lead continuous improvement and digital transformation projects by applying methodologies such as Six Sigma and technical-economic analyses (NPV, optimization). * Evaluate investment proposals, conduct scenario analyses, and formulate operational improvement solutions. * Train internal users on the use of management and data visualization tools. * Participate in trade shows and technical visits to capture best practices from the industrial sector. **Ideal Profile:** **Education:** Industrial Civil Engineering or Business Engineering. **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in industrial manufacturing, management control, data visualization, and digital transformation. **Required Skills:** * Advanced Excel, Power Query, and Power BI (mandatory). * SQL databases (DBeaver, HeidiSQL, or similar). * Simulation tools (ProModel, FlexSim). * Automation software (LINGO, What’s Best). * Desired experience with ERP systems such as **SAP**, **Softland**, or others. * Intermediate English proficiency.
