Autonomy, responsibility, and self-management capability. **Individual Sales Executive** At **PS Grupo Hunting**, we are looking for **Individual Sales Executives** to join a distinguished commercial team. We seek individuals with experience in selling intangible products, goal-oriented mindset, commercial skills, and strong self-management capability, to perform a fully on-site role focused on advising and selling health and life insurance. **Main Responsibilities** * Promote and sell health and life insurance policies to individuals and families at physical service points. * Prospect customers on-site and manage commercial opportunities. * Follow up with potential customers and effectively close sales. * Record commercial information in the CRM and maintain updated reporting. * Achieve sales targets under an on-site, results-driven model. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience selling intangible products such as insurance, credit cards, telecommunications, financial products, or similar. * Recent field-based commercial experience, including retail outlets or face-to-face customer service. * Strong customer orientation and goal achievement. * Autonomy, responsibility, and self-management capability. * Professional appearance, effective communication, and persuasive skills. **Work Mode and Conditions** * Fully on-site work at service points. * 40-hour weekly schedule with rotating shifts. * Availability to work 2 Saturdays per month. * Uncapped commission system. **Benefits Upon Transitioning to an Indefinite-Term Contract** * Complementary health insurance. * Life insurance. * Birthday leave day. * Scholarship programs. * Internal mobility opportunities. **Application** Send your CV to **seleccion@grupops.cl**, indicating in the subject line: **INDIVIDUAL SALES EXECUTIVE** Workplace: On-site employment
