We consider inclusion and diversity fundamental to meeting present and future challenges.*** ARAUCO is seeking professionals with degrees in Computer Engineering, Civil Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, or related fields, with at least two years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure roles, to join our Corporate Office in Concepción as a **DevOps Engineer**. The primary **objective of this position** is to continuously participate in ARAUCO’s application lifecycle and production, proposing improvements and IT process re-engineering in collaboration with Development, Operations, and Security teams. This role serves as a key liaison among these areas to maintain operational stability and software quality supporting business operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) of software products. * Automate operational tasks and implement infrastructure as code (IaC). * Reduce delivery times by accelerating development cycles. * Analyze and implement new technologies to improve existing applications. * Address operational requirements regarding systems and software technologies. * Support technological project management within the area. * Promote and disseminate DevOps culture across the organization. * Serve as a liaison between Development and Operations/Security teams. **Requirements:** * Degree in Computer Engineering, Civil Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, or a related field (Mandatory). * Minimum two years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure roles (Mandatory). * Intermediate English proficiency (Mandatory). * Proficiency in Git / GitHub: branching, branching protocols, and security (Mandatory). * Experience using Linux and Windows as working operating systems (Mandatory). * Scripting in Python, Bash, or another automation language (Mandatory). * Experience with Docker containers (Mandatory). * Basic knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban). * Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure (GCP, Azure, AWS, or others). * Knowledge of code quality: test coverage, unit and integration testing, and integration with quality metrics tools.
