Job Summary: We are seeking an OT Cybersecurity Specialist for a strategic project focused on protecting critical industrial infrastructures. Key Highlights: 1. Implement cybersecurity controls in industrial environments 2. Design secure architectures for OT networks (segmentation, firewalls) 3. Coordinate OT cybersecurity initiatives and projects Kibernum, together with its allied client, is looking for an OT Cybersecurity Specialist to join a strategic project focused on protecting critical industrial infrastructures. We seek a candidate with experience in cybersecurity applied to OT/ICS environments, capable of actively participating in the implementation of security controls, risk assessments, and the design of secure architectures for industrial systems. Main Responsibilities - Implement cybersecurity controls in industrial environments - Participate in security assessments and gap analyses - Design secure architectures for OT networks (OT/IT segmentation, DMZ, industrial firewalls) - Support regulatory compliance processes and audits - Manage evidence and documentation of implemented controls - Coordinate OT cybersecurity initiatives and projects Mandatory Requirements - Experience in OT/ICS environments (PLC, SCADA, RTU or other industrial systems) - Minimum 3 years of experience in OT cybersecurity - Knowledge and experience with the ISA/IEC 62443 standard - Experience in OT/IT network segmentation - Experience in vulnerability and risk management in industrial environments Desirable Requirements - Knowledge of NERC-CIP - Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST or ISO 27001/27002 - Experience with tools such as Claroty, Nozomi, Dragos or others - Knowledge of industrial protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC-UA, among others) Education - Professional degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Computer Science or related field Conditions - Hybrid work modality, with availability for on-site visits (Concepción) - Permanent employment contract, transitioning to indefinite-term thereafter - Access to Kibernum benefits (quarterly salary adjustment based on IPC, supplementary health insurance, national holidays and Christmas bonuses, etc). -Requirements- Minimum Education: University / Professional Institute / Technical Training Center 3 years of experience Knowledge: Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Protection Keywords: specialist, especialista
