Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society. **About the role** ================== The Mechanical Technician is responsible for inspection, maintenance, documentation, and repair of pumping equipment. **Key responsibilities** * Disassemble pumping equipment, recording part identifications, configurations, and conditions. * Assemble pumping units, including engineered units requiring intricate fitting, for shipment or testing. * Clean pumping equipment components as needed using various methods and procedures. * Perform dimensional and/or geometric inspections of pumping equipment parts. * Accurately request required spare parts for pumping equipment repair and/or maintenance. * Operate specialized repair and test equipment and other tools as needed. * Complete required paperwork for each job accurately and on time. * Prepare inspection reports for equipment, detailing replacement parts and parts requiring repair. * Provide field assistance for maintenance service, commissioning, and start-up of pumps. **Requirements** * Professional Technical Level. Studies related to Mechanics. * 5 years of experience in similar positions. * 2 years of experience in pump mechanics and/or assembly. * Safe operation of forklifts and overhead cranes under safety standards. Proven experience. Problem-solving ability in mechanical matters and troubleshooting skills are required. * Knowledge of and ability to use basic hand tools. * Ability to understand, perform, and retain training related to various skills and operational and safety procedures demonstrated by the supervisor. * Must be able to communicate effectively and write clear work-related reports. **What we offer you** ===================== **We offer** * Competitive salary and benefits aligned with market standards. * Annual bonus aligned with corporate and personal objectives.
