The purpose of this position is to conduct a structured inquiry process to determine the purpose of the client’s visit and identify their needs, ensuring accurate and timely referrals to the appropriate service areas. **Job Responsibilities:** Receiving/welcoming, guiding, and referring clients by directing them to the appropriate service modules. Promoting the availability of remote service channels to clients, along with providing necessary documentation for processing (brochures, forms, application templates). Proactively verifying whether the client possesses the required information and/or documentation prior to initiating their transaction, asking relevant questions as needed. Receiving and assisting clients for remote service and document submission. Managing branch-related documentation and overseeing opening and closing procedures for branches/service centers without an assigned Agent. Verifying operational readiness and availability of all branch service areas before the start of each workday. **Requirements:** Technical studies in Administration or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service (preferred).
