The Integrated Executive’s primary mission is to execute commercial activities focused on selling retail banking products and services, advising customers on the use of digital and self-service channels, with the objective of contributing to a memorable service experience and enabling agile resolution of customer needs — all to achieve both business unit and personal commercial goals. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: \- Execute commercial onboarding of customers via digital channels.\- Digitally educate and train customers throughout their journey of purchasing commercial products and servicing.\- Advise on available financial products based on customer needs.\- Refer customers to specialist areas and defined self-service channels according to their needs (Investments, Private Site Chat, Insurance, Mortgage).\- Manage assigned campaigns for selling various financial products (Consumer Loans, Current Account Plans, Risk and Collections, Mortgage Loans). **To succeed in this position, you need:** \- Degree in a field related to finance.\- At least one year of experience in a commercial role involving portfolio management and financial operations, along with customer service responsibilities.\- Knowledge of internal policies and external regulations.\- Familiarity with digital channels and digital sales advisory.\- Knowledge of financial products targeted at the retail segment.\- Intermediate proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
