Our mission is to provide friendly and personalized service to our customers, delivering expert advice. **Job Functions:** Our Autoplanet and Aftermarket management team is currently seeking a Senior Shift Leader who will primarily support store operations and supervision, acting as backup for the Store Manager during their absence. The candidate must ensure operational continuity and team management. **Main responsibilities include:** * Provide product advice and respond to inquiries regarding automotive parts and accessories. * Address customer complaints or concerns, ensure satisfaction, and promote a welcoming environment in the store. * Lead and supervise the work team. * Support coordination of promotional activities, sales events, and store layout changes to maximize sales and operational efficiency. **You are a good match if you meet the following requirements:** * Studies in business administration or related fields. * One year of experience in customer service and sales. * Previous experience in similar roles within the automotive or retail sales industry. **Vacancy Information:** * Direct Supervisor: Store Manager. * Work Location: Autoplanet Concepción Prat * Work Mode: On-site. * Schedule: Monday to Sunday with two rotating days off per week.
