We are currently seeking a Control Center Operator to work at the Bosques del Itata Concession (Itata Route). JOB MISSION: To notify incidents, accidents, breakdowns, or other risks within the project-associated road sections via camera monitoring from the control room, ensuring supervisors and external stakeholders remain informed. RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate all involved parties—both internal and external—in case of incidents or accidents, and provide all available information from the Control Center to implement the established emergency plan. Assist users through all available workplace communication channels: SOS, radio, landline and mobile phones, internet, email, and in-person assistance. Prepare a daily report documenting incidents occurring during the shift. Job Requirements: 2 years of work experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, secondary education.
