Job Summary: Perform stainless steel welding tasks, ensuring joint quality and compliance with technical specifications. Key Highlights: 1. Specialized welding on stainless steel (SMAW and GTAW). 2. Performing welds in 6G position (all positions). 3. Joint preparation and handling of shielding gases. **Job Description** ---------------------- Perform welding tasks on stainless steel components and structures, ensuring adherence to welding procedures and quality standards. Perform stainless steel welding in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and established procedures. Perform welding using SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) and GTAW (Tungsten Inert Gas Welding), or mixed GTAW \& SMAW processes, as required by the project. Perform welds in 6G position (all positions), ensuring joint quality and compliance with acceptance criteria. Prepare welding joints using cutting tools, stainless steel wire brushes, and abrasive discs exclusively designated for this material, preventing cross-contamination with carbon steel. Properly handle shielding gases, using pure argon and argon mixtures according to the applicable welding procedure. Visually inspect welded joints and correct deviations as appropriate. Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper condition of assigned equipment and tools. Strictly comply with company and client-established standards for Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Quality. Promptly report any substandard conditions, technical deviations, or risks identified during task execution. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Completed Secondary Education. * Technical training in Industrial Welding or related field is desirable. * Technical Knowledge * Valid or demonstrable qualification in SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) and GTAW (Tungsten Inert Gas Welding), or mixed process. * Ability to perform welds in 6G position (all positions). * Basic ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications. * Knowledge of using pure argon and argon mixtures for welding processes. **Selection Process** ------------------------ Selection process is conducted via Aira \- a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
