Job Description We are seeking a **Quality Control Leader** to lead inspection, audit, and continuous improvement processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality regulations, team leadership, and quality assurance system management. Key Responsibilities * **Quality system management**: Implement and maintain quality standards across the entire production chain. * **Internal audits**: Coordinate periodic inspections to verify regulatory compliance. * **Team training**: Train staff on good manufacturing practices and safety. * **Document management**: Maintain clear and up-to-date records of controls and processes. * **Continuous improvement**: Propose corrective and preventive actions to optimize outcomes. * **Regulatory compliance**: Ensure alignment with Chilean and international standards (ISO, HACCP, BPM). * **Executive reporting**: Prepare periodic reports for management. Requirements * Degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * 4–6 years of experience in quality assurance within the food, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industry. * Knowledge of ISO 9001, HACCP, and BPM standards. * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Experience in industrial production companies is a plus.
