Job Summary: A pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to provide service, sales, and customer support, managing medications, consumer products, and cashier tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Pharmacy customer service and support, including sales 2. Cashier duties and product management 3. Product guidance and promotion for beauty and personal care items The pharmacy requires a part-time Pharmacy Assistant (20 hours) to work in Hualpén. **Conditions:** * **Compensation structure**: Base salary of $245\.000 \+ sales commissions. During the first two months, you will receive an approximate net income of $428\.000 (including base salary \+ guaranteed commission proportional to days worked). Starting from the third month, compensation will consist of a base salary of $245\.000 plus variable commissions based on achievement of sales targets. * **Work schedule:** Saturdays and Sundays (20 hours per week). * **Work location:** Hualpén * **Job objective:** To perform customer service, sales, and client support functions for the company’s pharmaceuticals, mass-consumer products, and private-label brands, complying with internal policies and external regulations applicable to pharmacy assistant roles. * **Responsibilities:** * Refer all pharmacological inquiries to the on-duty Pharmacist Chemist, as well as requests for product returns or exchanges. * Perform cashier duties, including payment reception, collection, custody, and handover to direct supervision. * Provide information, promotion, and guidance to customers regarding beauty, personal care, or natural products. * Report expired products under your responsibility, ensuring necessary restocking; conduct effective and timely controls and inspections to prevent expired products from remaining in your assigned inventory. * Other duties inherent to this position. **6\. Requirements:** * Hold a Technical Higher Education degree in Pharmacy or a Technical Higher Education degree in Chemistry and Pharmacy. * Valid Pharmacy Assistant license (MANDATORY). * Prior pharmacy experience is desirable. * Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays. **7\. Contract type:** Temporary Services Agreement.
