Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Continuity Technician to ensure service continuity through cross-disciplinary technical support and coverage of operational contingencies. We are seeking an Operational Continuity Technician to join a major Facility Services contract, responsible for ensuring operational service continuity by providing cross-disciplinary technical support and covering operational contingencies across multiple facilities. About the Challenge: * Timely coverage of absences, leaves, or operational contingencies among technical staff at various sites. * Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and minor construction disciplines. * Support for operational continuity of critical facilities, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements. * Execution of minor infrastructure repairs when operational requirements demand. * Recording and reporting of executed activities in the maintenance management platform. * Diagnosis of basic faults and on-site resolution with autonomy. * Support for execution of more complex preventive maintenance activities alongside technical teams. * Adherence to safety, quality, and environmental procedures. * Availability to travel between different operational sites as required by the contract. What Would We Love to See in You? * Technical education at the Higher Education level with competencies in Electricity, HVAC, Plumbing, or related disciplines. * Minimum 5 years of total work experience. * At least 3 years of experience as a multiskilled or itinerant technician in Facility Management, maintenance, or multisite service contracts. * Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance across various technical disciplines. * Proficiency with mechanical and electrical tools and diagnostic instruments. * Ability to work autonomously and resolve operational contingencies. * Willingness to travel between different facilities as service needs require.
