




Position Summary: Infancia Protectora seeks an Educator to accompany children, adolescents, and youth (CAAY) in situations of rights violations, contributing to their reparation and holistic development. Strengthening of affective bonds, personal development, and social inclusion At **Infancia Protectora**, we are seeking a **36-hour Educator** for the Specialized Intervention Program (SIP), located in the commune of **Hualpén**. **Who Are We?** We are a foundation with over 130 years of history, committed to the development, well-being, and education of children in Chile. **Purpose of the Position** To provide direct accompaniment to children, adolescents, and youth (CAAY) in situations of rights violations through territorial interventions and collaborative work with their families, communities, and technical teams, thereby contributing to their reparation and holistic development. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide emotional support, accompaniment, and guidance to children, adolescents, and youth (CAAY) throughout their program process, strengthening their affective bonds, personal development, and social inclusion, as well as supporting work with their families and community environments. * Actively participate in the design, implementation, and evaluation of intervention processes for children, adolescents, and youth, effectively collaborating with the program’s technical team. * Maintain up-to-date, systematic, and secure technical and administrative records, ensuring traceability and confidentiality of interventions carried out with CAAY and their families. * Act in accordance with the principles, values, legal, contractual, and institutional norms governing the program and the Foundation. **Requirements** * Social Technician, or student pursuing a degree in psychosocial or education fields (e.g., pedagogy). * Two years of experience in similar roles. * Individual and group psychosocial interventions with children and families. * Experience working with children and addressing rights violations. * Experience working within intersectoral networks; familiarity with the National Service for Specialized Protection of Children and Adolescents’ (SIS) platform is desirable. **Compensation and Conditions** * Weekly work schedule of 36 hours: Monday to Thursday, from 08:00 to 17:30, including a 30-minute lunch break. * Gross monthly salary: $711\.000\.\- **Location:** Commune of **Hualpén.** **Benefits** * Affiliation with Caja Los Andes. * Life insurance. * Year-end bonuses for Independence Day and Christmas. * Days off on December 24 and 31. * Half-day off for birthdays. * Access to oncological insurance under preferential conditions through the Arturo López Pérez Foundation (FALP). **At Infancia Protectora, we are committed to diversity and inclusion, respect individual differences, and promote equal opportunities for all persons, in accordance with Law 21\.015\.**
