Collaborative and learning-oriented work environment **Join BUSES HUALPÉN!** At **Buses Hualpén**, a national leader in **private passenger transportation**, we are seeking a **professional practice intern in the Procurement / Logistics area** to join our team in **Concepción**. **What will be your challenge?** Supporting the **Procurement** department’s processes by assisting with operational and administrative tasks related to materials, supplies, and supplier management—enhancing your professional training within a real organizational environment. **Main Responsibilities** * **Assist with administrative processes in the Procurement area**. * Support the **control and recording of purchases, supplies, and materials**. * Assist in the **management and tracking of purchase orders**. * **Update and maintain records in spreadsheets and supporting systems**, especially Excel. * Collaborate in **coordinating with suppliers and internal departments**, as required by the department. * Assist with **stock control, inventories, and associated documentation**. **Requirements** * **Student pursuing Logistics, Logistics Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field**. * Valid **school insurance**. * Interest in **Procurement and logistics management**. * **Basic proficiency in Office tools**, preferably Excel. * **Availability to undertake the internship in person in Concepción**. **What We Offer** * **Professional internship allowance**. * Learning and mentoring by the **Procurement** team. * Experience at a **leading company**, with real logistics processes. * Collaborative and learning-oriented work environment.
