Every day, more than 80,000 colleagues lead the way toward greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities while reducing carbon emissions and replacing cars. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and control, in direct relation with clients, the development, contractual execution, and administrative management of different contracts, ensuring their compliance and guaranteeing the achievement of established quality, time, and cost standards. * Manage local guarantees for each contract, safeguarding the company's interests and contributing to maintaining and improving customer trust and satisfaction. * Monitor the monthly project review cycle, highlighting key variations relative to quality, cost, and execution commitments, initiating corrective actions, and reporting to the project director. * Lead risk and savings analysis meetings, as well as project review meetings, including thorough replanning to update risks and savings according to project review requirements. * Participate in periodic meetings with various departments within the company related to projects, both nationally and internationally, to coordinate contract execution, monitor compliance with procedures and deadlines, and ensure the achievement of the organization’s strategic objectives. * Manage the development of small contracts and those attached to existing contracts, ensuring compliance with established contractual commitments, guaranteeing profitability for each contract, and protecting the company's interests. * Optimize the company's profitability margins. * Maintain and increase internal customer confidence in the company. * Comply with the health, safety, and environmental management system, taking care of natural resources and aspects and impacts related to daily activities, staying informed about actual and potential risks arising from these activities. In this regard, be responsible for knowing the separation and disposal of waste within their work area. Additionally, fully ensure compliance with internal regulations on order, hygiene, and safety, fostering an environment oriented toward participative solutions for conditions that could arise before, during, and after the execution of work in their area. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of finance and cost management, desirable. * 5 years of experience in maintenance projects. * Degree in electronic engineering or related field. * Intermediate to advanced fluent English, desirable. * Experience in the railway sector. * Experience with P5\.1, desirable. * Advanced level in Microsoft Office.
