The **purpose of the role** is to join Arauco's BP-Forestal team, specifically within the operations unit, being responsible for the support and continuous improvement of systems supporting all forestry activities such as production, transportation, reception, dispatch, among others. **Main responsibilities:** * Receive and implement improvement requests for various software applications supporting Operations. * Ensure operational continuity of systems. * Conduct ongoing system performance reviews and propose improvements to enhance optimization and smoother integration across systems used for timely delivery and generation of information. * Continuously evaluate mobile application performance to ensure continuous improvement and reliable field operation. **Requirements:** * Higher education or Engineering degree specialized in Computing or Computer Science (Mandatory). * At least 3 years of experience in development using Python, JavaScript with Dojo Framework, preferably using ArcGis and SqlServer platforms at intermediate to advanced levels (Mandatory). * Knowledge and experience with tools such as: ArcGis Python, Office, QGis, SqlServer, Esri SDK, JavaScript, Dojo Framework, and Kotlin at intermediate to advanced levels (Mandatory). * Knowledge and experience in developing mobile applications for Android operating systems (Mandatory). * Class B driver's license desirable. * Availability for field visits, including forest operations or industrial plants. * Availability to work at the corporate office in Concepción. * Availability to travel outside Concepción. ***At ARAUCO, we work every day to develop renewable forest products that improve people's lives—a task that challenges us to build committed, enthusiastic, and creative teams.
