We invite you to join Fundación Integra! **Job Functions:** Integra, a nonprofit institution that is part of the Network of Foundations of the Presidency and a leader in early childhood education in Chile, with over 25,000 employees nationwide, is seeking: * Position: Preschool Educator * Childcare Center: Rayo de Luz * Commune: Santa Juana * Region: Biobío * Duration: Temporary Replacement **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Lead the educational processes of children in coordination with the team, implementing environments conducive to the comprehensive development and learning of children through collaborative work with families and the community. All of this within the framework of the institution's Educational Project (PEI), regulations, policies, and national and institutional guidelines, aiming to ensure high-quality Early Childhood Education focused on full development, a rights-based approach, and the overall well-being of children. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Guide and promote within their teams the care and maintenance of physical spaces, equipment, and sanitary conditions of the facility, promptly reporting any issues to ensure safe environments for the comprehensive well-being of all children and the educational community. * Coordinate with classroom team(s) the promotion, management, and monitoring of access, enrollment, attendance, retention, and progress of children, managing strategies for timely and early intervention when required. * Lead and implement the planning and evaluation of the teaching and learning process for children together with the classroom team(s), aiming to foster their full development and comprehensive well-being. * Promote fluid communication and effective, coordinated collaboration with the director, territorial team, and classroom team(s), implementing initiatives that support teamwork and an inclusive, supportive work environment, systematically addressing progress and improvement opportunities in the management of the assigned level. **Requirements:** Professional Degree in Early Childhood Education from an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education **Desirable:** One (1) year of experience as a Preschool Educator in a childcare center **Specific Knowledge:** Socioemotional Development **Specific Knowledge:** Diversity and Inclusion **Specific Knowledge:** Pedagogical Strategies **Specific Knowledge:** People and Team Management **Specific Knowledge:** Educational Management **Specific Knowledge:** First Aid **Specific Knowledge:** Play in Early Stages **Offer Conditions:****Benefits:** * Base salary: $1,125,761.- * Zone Allowance: 4%
