Additionally**, you will be responsible** for **coordinating and monitoring** tender processes, supplier qualification, and procurement management, including budgetary control and area performance indicators. Your main responsibilities include * **Monitor** contractors' compliance with labor and social security certifications by periodically reviewing control platform data. * **Manage and coordinate** contracting processes, including contract classification, validation of budgetary flows, and approval tracking. * **Prepare and update** documentation associated with tendering and contracting processes, such as invitation letters, technical specifications, and contractual terms. * **Execute and control** procurement processes via SAP, including purchase order issuance, budget validation, HES management, and invoice tracking. * **Analyze and adjust** budget line items according to variations detected in invoicing or documents under approval. * **Monitor** the validity of contractors’ and suppliers’ insurance policies, as well as **manage** fleet-related insurance (SOAP, TAG, circulation permits, among others). * **Monitor** contractors’ compliance with labor obligations, promptly reporting payment releases or holds to the relevant departments. * **Manage** claims related to technical services and coordinate customer payment refunds through internal systems. * **Review and validate** documentation of workers from contracted companies, ensuring compliance with requirements for their onboarding and operational deployment. **Ideal Profile**: * Degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Auditing Accountancy, Business Administration Engineering, or a related field. * 2 years of experience in this role or similar positions. * Advanced Excel proficiency * SAP user-level proficiency * PowerBI proficiency (not mandatory) If you believe you meet these requirements, apply now!
