Opportunity to join a leading industrial company. **EST San Cristóbal,** on behalf of an important client in the industrial chemical sector with presence in Coronel, is looking for a **Continuous Improvement Engineer** to join their operations for a 6-month project. The main objective will be to participate in continuous improvement activities and strengthening of the Integrated Management System (IMS), promoting process optimization, regulatory compliance, and development of a culture focused on operational efficiency and quality. **Key Responsibilities Include:** * Lead continuous improvement initiatives in operational processes. * Identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency, and reduction of gaps in internal processes. * Coordinate actions aimed at strengthening and ensuring compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS). * Participate in internal audits and follow-up of action plans associated with findings or deviations. * Monitor management indicators and operational performance. * Coordinate activities related to Lean methodologies, continuous improvement, and process standardization. * Manage risk analyses, non-conformities, and opportunities for improvement. * Coordinate trainings and technical support on topics related to IMS and continuous improvement. * Promote standards of quality, safety, environment, and sustainability within the organization. **Ideal Profile:** * Professional degree in: Industrial Civil Engineering, Chemical Civil Engineering, Mechanical Civil Engineering, or related field. * Knowledge of ISO Management Systems and Lean methodologies. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Experience in continuous improvement, process management, and audits. * Immediate availability (Mandatory) *An opportunity to join an industrial company, leading initiatives focused on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and strengthening of management systems.*
