Translate business needs into analytical solutions. **Job Description** We are seeking a **Head of Data and Analytics** to lead data management, analysis, and utilization—transforming information into actionable insights for decision-making. This role is pivotal in developing analytics solutions, ensuring data quality, reporting, and automating information processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and lead the **data and analytics strategy**, aligning it with business objectives. * Coordinate the team responsible for analytics, reporting, business intelligence, and data management. * Develop and oversee dashboards and KPIs to support decision-making. * Ensure data source quality, availability, integrity, and proper management. * Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve processes through data analysis. * Collaborate across departments to translate business needs into analytical solutions. * Oversee data projects, proposing improvements and new tools to increase information value. **Requirements** * Professional degree in **Computer Science Engineering, Computing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Data Science**, or a related field. * **4–6 years of experience** in data analysis, Business Intelligence, data engineering, or related areas. * Experience leading analytics and data teams or projects. * Proficiency in **SQL, Power BI, Advanced Excel**, and visualization tools. * Preferred experience with **Python, databases, ETL processes, and cloud platforms**. * Ability to interpret information and translate technical analyses into business recommendations. * Leadership, analytical thinking, effective communication, organization, and results orientation. Salary: $1\.500\.000 \- $2\.600\.000 per month Work Location: On-site employment
