Your primary responsibility will be to ensure delivery of the customer value proposition, fulfillment of conditions agreed upon with operators, technical quality, approved budget, and timelines authorized by the Board of Directors. What challenges will you face in this position? * You will be responsible for establishing necessary coordination with internal support teams and external suppliers to ensure the project is completed within the established timelines and budget, adhering to architectural designs and complying with Mallplaza’s construction and operational standards and regulations. * You must ensure projects comply with regulatory requirements, construction specifications, technical standards, and design criteria that enable efficient mall operation from both technical and economic perspectives. * You must maintain up-to-date indicators on timelines, costs, and investment profitability, assessing the impact of requested project modifications on these metrics. * You will verify that, prior to commencement of construction on a project, the following conditions are met: i. Land has been acquired; ii. Signed contracts exist with operators; iii. All necessary permits for construction execution have been obtained; iv. The contract with the construction contractor has been signed. What do we expect from you? * Hold a degree in Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. * Have 10 years of experience coordinating or constructing commercial projects. * Prior experience in companies within the same industry is desirable. **Requirements:** Civil Construction Engineer, Civil Engineer, or Construction Engineer. 10 years of experience Experience in similar industries **Offer Conditions:**
