Job Summary: AFRY is seeking professionals with experience in BIM modeling for expansion in Concepción, developing and coordinating industrial engineering projects. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic work environment and professional development Job Description AFRY is currently expanding its operations to the city of Concepción and is therefore seeking professionals with experience in BIM modeling for industrial engineering projects to join our Process Industries (PID) business unit. * Development and BIM modeling of projects across various disciplines, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and automation, according to project requirements. * Interdisciplinary coordination with different departments to ensure correct model integration. * Early detection of clashes and support in proposing solutions. * Generation of layouts, views, and construction drawings from BIM models. * Support in preparing technical documentation associated with the project. Requirements * Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or related fields). * Experience in BIM modeling for engineering projects. * Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, among others. * Knowledge of model coordination and clash detection. * Experience in producing drawings and technical documentation from BIM models. * Familiarity with quantity take-offs. * Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate across disciplines. * Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail.
