Sales Account Manager / Technical Commercial Manager – Agro (Central Region, Chile)

More information at www.beeflow.com. **About this role** As a Sales Account Manager, you will build and manage customer relationships to drive trial usage and long-term adoption of Beeflow’s pollination solutions. Leveraging your expertise in specialty crop agronomy and account management, you will align customers’ pollination needs with Beeflow’s science-based products, collaborating with internal teams and partners to deliver strong results and an outstanding customer experience. **Responsibilities** * Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with growers and beekeepers. * Generate, convert, and retain customers, driving adoption of Beeflow’s solutions. * Manage accounts using a consultative approach, understanding customers’ businesses and needs. * Identify pollination challenges and offer solutions aligned with Beeflow’s value proposition. * Collaborate with internal teams (Field, Operations, Marketing, R&D) to deliver an excellent customer experience. * Lead customer communications during the season, sharing results and coordinating program adjustments. * Ensure customer satisfaction by tracking service delivery and pollination outcomes. * Represent Beeflow at industry events, trade shows, and meetings with growers. * Manage negotiations, contracts, pricing, billing, and CRM activities. * CRM tool management: closing sales, communicating value propositions, and finalizing agreements. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Sciences, Agribusiness, or a related field. * More than 7 years of experience in agronomic consulting, field management, or agricultural sales. * Proven experience launching or commercializing agricultural products or services for specialty crops. * At least 3 years of sales experience in specialty crop markets. * Residency in Santiago de Chile or nearby areas. * Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Willingness to travel overnight up to 50% of the time. * Valid driver’s license and ability to drive both day and night. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (approx. 23 kg). * Strong commercial, communication, and customer-facing skills. **Desirable qualifications** * + Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and presentation) with advanced English proficiency. + Solid agronomy knowledge, strong data analysis capabilities, and field trial experience. + Customer-centric mindset, with ability to work independently and collaboratively. + Results-oriented and highly self-motivated, with hands-on experience in agricultural operations. + Existing network of blueberry and avocado growers, and understanding **Benefits** * Competitive compensation package.
