We invite you to join Fundación Integra! **Job Functions:** Fundación Integra, a private non-profit educational institution with 33 years of history, providing public, free, and quality early childhood education in Chile, placing girls and boys at the center of its institutional management as rights-holders and active citizens of society, to contribute to a more inclusive, fair, and democratic society, seeks: * Position: Preschool Assistant * Schedule: 08:30 to 17:30 hours * Communes: Chiguayante, Hualqui * Region: Biobío * Period: Replacement 2025 **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** To contribute, in coordination with the Preschool Educator and collaboratively with the team, to the pedagogical processes of the assigned group, implementing environments conducive to the development and learning of all children, through joint work with families and the community. All of this within the framework of the Institutional Educational Project (PEI) of the institution, regulations, policies, and national and institutional guidelines, with the purpose of ensuring quality Early Childhood Education. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Contribute to the care and maintenance of physical spaces, equipment, and sanitary conditions of the institution, reporting promptly on any issues, in order to promote safe spaces for the holistic well-being of all children and the educational community. * Promote and carry out actions, in coordination with the educator, that support the promotion, management, and monitoring of access, enrollment, attendance, retention, and the educational trajectories of children in the assigned level. * Participate and contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the teaching and learning process for children, aiming to foster their full development and holistic well-being. * Develop practices to establish fluid communication and effective, coordinated teamwork with the director, educator, and classroom team, creating opportunities for collaborative work and maintaining an inclusive and respectful work environment. **Requirements:** Intermediate-level Technical Degree as a Preschool Assistant, recognized by the Ministry of Education **Specific Knowledge:** Socioemotional Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Pedagogical Tools **Specific Knowledge:** Socioemotional Tools, Special Educational Needs (SEN), Educational Programs **Offer Conditions:****Benefits:** **Base Salary:** $728,812.- **Zone Allowance:** 4%
