




**Company Description:** Our commitment is to deliver quality early childhood education to girls and boys across the country, and with your work, you can contribute so that our efforts provide increasingly greater benefits We invite you to join Fundación Integra! **Job Functions:** Integra, a nonprofit institution that is part of the Network of Foundations of the Presidency and a leader in early childhood education in Chile, with more than 25,000 female and male workers nationwide, seeks: * Position: Game Afternoon Assistant (4 hrs.) * Schedule: 16:00 hrs. to 20:00 hrs. * Kindergarten: Rayito de Sol * Commune: Penco * Region: Biobío * Period: Permanent **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Implement the "Game Afternoons in My Garden" program, fostering inclusive and safe environments that promote play and exploration, in accordance with the institution's Educational Project (PEI) and the specific guidelines of the program. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Contribute to the care and maintenance of physical spaces, equipment, and sanitary conditions of the facility, promptly reporting any issues in order to ensure safe spaces for the comprehensive well-being of all children and the educational community. * Implement the program in coordination with the educator or director as applicable, managing playful experiences for exploration and learning based on the program's objectives and the characteristics of the children, aiming to promote an inclusive environment of well-being and respectful coexistence. * Coordinate actions, led by the educator or director as applicable, to ensure systematic and diverse family participation in program activities, coordinating with the regular shift team when necessary. * Communicate and generate necessary alerts to the director or relevant authority regarding any indicators of potential rights violations or risk situations affecting children, in order to promptly activate the corresponding protocols and ensure their well-being. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education from an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education. * Desirable: Technical degree at intermediate or higher level as Early Childhood Assistant; graduate or student of Early Childhood Assistant Technician; student of Special Education Teaching, Educational Psychology, Psychopedagogy, or related field, from an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education. * One (1\) year of experience in a similar position, or one (1\) year of volunteer experience working with children.
