An energy and electrical infrastructure company is seeking Civil Works Foremen to join an ongoing project in the Ovalle area. Main Responsibilities: \- On-site civil works execution: concrete pouring, rebar installation, formwork, and finishing. \- Construction of foundations, slabs-on-grade, conduits, and works associated with electrical infrastructure. \- Basic reading and interpretation of civil drawings. \- Proper use of tools, equipment, and construction materials. \- Compliance with safety, quality, and environmental procedures. \- Support and coordination with foremen and site supervisors. Requirements \- Proven experience as a Civil Works Foreman. \- Experience in construction, energy, or infrastructure projects (substations preferred). \- Ability to work in teams and commitment to meeting deadlines. \- Availability to work on the Punta de Talca – Ovalle Project. \- Residence in the area or willingness to relocate (subject to project conditions). **Job Description** ------------------------- Closing date: **November 13, 2025.** Reporting to the Water Line Port SX-EW Maintenance Supervisor, the **Shift Maintenance Supervisor - Water Line, Port and Tailings** will be responsible for managing human resources and equipment to optimize maintenance management of the Water Pumping System (LDA), Port and Tailings, complying with maintenance plans in terms of quality, time, and cost according to established safety and environmental standards at Minera Carmen de Andacollo. The position is based at the Carmen de Andacollo site; the shift system will be **4x3.** Our site does not have a camp, but there are shuttle buses available from Coquimbo and La Serena. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Be a courageous leader in safety, complying with and promoting safety and environmental rules, regulations, critical controls, and procedures. * Ensure team safety through an orderly sequence of activities by applying Courageous Leadership. * Direct shift activities and prioritize allocation of human resources, equipment, and materials to ensure compliance with maintenance programs. * Verify adherence to work procedures and propose updates and improvements to ensure production program compliance with required safety standards. * Supervise compliance with short- and medium-term maintenance programs to extend asset lifespan and improve their availability and reliability. * Maintain strong communication channels within the area as well as with different company departments and third parties to ensure continuous feedback. * Manage, administer, and control component repairs, tools, and supplies. * Lead and supervise risk prevention and waste management programs and procedures. * Know and apply ISO 50,001 standards within the area, as well as the Energy and Climate Change Policy, contributing to the achievement of associated objectives and targets related to job functions. * Contribute to the implementation of action plans established in the Energy Management System to meet objectives and targets. * Define and communicate specifications to ensure optimal energy performance of acquired equipment and services. * Promote and maintain a satisfactory, safe, and stimulating work environment with genuine commitment to personnel safety, environmental protection, and energy efficiency, in accordance with the "Internal Regulations on Order, Hygiene, and Safety" and the "Code of Ethics and Conduct." **Requirements** -------------- * Professional degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in water pumping systems and concentrator plants. * Knowledge of tailings thickener maintenance processes. * Experience in aqueduct maintenance. * Experience in dust collection systems, fans, and compressor maintenance. * Advanced knowledge in pumping systems and chemical plant maintenance. * Intermediate level of English. * Valid Class B driver's license. * Intermediate MS Office skills. * JD Edwards and other management platforms (SAP) knowledge desirable. * Availability to work at our Carmen de Andacollo site under a **4x3** shift system.
