We are looking for a Planning and Scheduling specialist capable of coordinating and developing guidelines for photovoltaic projects, ensuring deadline compliance and economic control of the project, and achieving established targets. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports; identifying and correcting schedule deviations; controlling construction schedules; monitoring the project’s critical path; preparing schedules with critical path definition and key project milestones; identifying deviations and proposing recovery plans; tracking project KPIs and implementing production action plans; collaborating with coordinators and managers to define overall strategies; analyzing productivity, costs, and operational efficiency to optimize resource utilization; and developing reports and presentations focused on strategic decision-making. Requirements: Education: Degree in Management Control Engineering. Experience: Minimum 5 years. Specific knowledge: Proficiency in MS Project, Office Suite, Lean Construction methodology, Pull Planning, and 6WA.
