We are currently looking for a **Field Supervisor in Copiapó** to lead technical teams in executing residential telecommunications services (installations, repairs, and maintenance). The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring compliance with the company's established quality standards and response times. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the field technical team. * Ensure compliance with daily routes and assignments. * Guarantee that installations and repairs are carried out according to technical and safety protocols. * Monitor the efficient use of assigned materials and resources. * Prepare daily reports and track operational KPIs. * Resolve technical and operational issues in real time. * Maintain smooth communication with customers and the support department. **Requirements:** * Technical or professional background in telecommunications, electricity, electronics, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of HFC, FTTH, or related technologies (desirable). * Class B driver's license (mandatory). * Proficiency in Excel and Outlook (corporate email).
