Fostering a safe and collaborative work environment. **Join NEWREST Chile!** At **NEWREST Chile**, a multinational leader in collective catering services, we are currently seeking a **Food Services Supervisor** to work at a major mining operation located in Copiapó, under a 10x10 shift schedule. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the proper execution of food services, ensuring compliance with the company’s and client’s established standards for quality, food safety, and service. * Coordinate, lead, and support the workforce, promoting a safe, collaborative, and goal-oriented work environment. * Monitor daily cafeteria planning and operations to ensure uninterrupted service delivery. * Verify compliance with hygiene, food safety, and occupational risk prevention procedures. * Manage human, material, and supply resources to ensure operational efficiency. * Maintain ongoing communication with the client, addressing requirements and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. * Prepare operational reports and monitor management indicators. **Requirements:** * Proven experience supervising food services, preferably in mining or collective catering. * Knowledge of food safety regulations and management systems. * Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Availability to work on a 10x10 rotating shift schedule in Copiapó.
