Job Objective: Advise the organization on preventive risk management, verify occupational safety and health conditions in all areas, prevent workplace accidents and occupational diseases, and contribute to maintaining management system certifications. Main Responsibilities: ? Field-based preventive advice: inspect work areas and verify safe and unsafe conditions, documenting findings and committed corrective actions. ? Risk management: develop and update the Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Matrix (IPER) and verify implementation of control measures. ? Documentation and legal compliance: create and review procedures and the prevention program, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations (Law 16\.744, Supreme Decree No. 40, Supreme Decree No. 132, and Supreme Decree No. 594\). ? Incident investigation and statistics: investigate incidents and accidents and compile accident statistics. ? Training and dissemination: deliver Occupational Risk Information (IRL), inductions, and safety talks to staff. ? Joint Committee and PPE: advise the Joint Hygiene and Safety Committee, support emergency plans, and monitor correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Requirements: ? Degree in Risk Prevention Engineering, certified by the Health Service. ? 3 years of experience in mining. ? Knowledge of Supreme Decree No. 43 (Mandatory requirement). ? Proficiency in computer tools (Office suite).
