




Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Assistant for Construmart Copiapó in the Tools department, who will deliver excellent customer service, maintain product display and restocking, and support the achievement of commercial goals. We are looking for a Sales Assistant for our Copiapó store in the Tools department, who will deliver excellent customer service, maintain proper product display and restocking, and contribute to achieving the branch’s commercial goals. **Your Purpose:** Guide and advise customers throughout the purchasing process, ensuring an agile and satisfactory experience; maintain order, restocking, and presentation of products in your assigned area; and support the store’s commercial management in accordance with Construmart standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Serve, guide, and advise customers in-store, identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products/solutions. * Maintain display, restocking, and organization of the assigned area (facing, cleanliness, up-to-date pricing and signage). * Verify stock levels, prices, and current promotions; coordinate with warehouse and restocking as needed. * Assist with rotating inventories, shrinkage control, and simple in-store adjustments. * Drive cross-selling and complementary sales, contributing to commercial targets. * Record and escalate product, pricing, or stock-related incidents to the relevant departments. * Comply with safety regulations and proper use of PPE; promote courteous and efficient service.
